Edens Zero Trial Version Demo Debuts Everywhere

Among the Konami Press Start June 2025 announcements included an update on the Edens Zero JRPG, with Konami sharing a trailer and releasing a Trial Version demo for the game on every platform. The PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC ones can be found on the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam immediately.

The new Edens Zero trailer focused on showing a balance of story scenes, gameplay, and characters. While this game is an adaptation of the series, there will original elements and extra background to further flesh out characters and lore. The demo is designed to take us through the introduction. We can save during it, and that can be carried over to the full version of the game.

Here’s the full Konami Press Start June 2025 showcase. The Edens Zero JRPG portion comes up at the 23:10 mark. 


Pre-orders on all platform get a Hunters Attire costume for Pino. On the PS5 and Xbox Series X, people get a flag back accessory, while on the PC the Steam pre-order features Dragon Wings accessories. If someone gets the Deluxe Edition, they can start playing the Edens Zero game on July 12, 2025, as well as get a Gaming Equipment Set costume, Cyber Equipment Set costume, Starter Item pack, and Lacrima Set.

Edens Zero will head to the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC on July 15, 2025, and the Trial Version demo is available on all three platforms now. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll, and Kodansha handles the manga worldwide.
